Automotive Assembler - 1st Shift

$18.00/hour | Springfield, OH

Responsibilities

• Stack parts and work on assembly line production
• Assist press operators and fellow assemblers
• Lift and position automotive parts on jigs for robotic welding
• Operate welding machines and robotics equipment
• Complete production paperwork and maintain records
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace

Requirements

• Welding and fabrication experience preferred (automotive industry a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies
