Salary: $20-$22/HR
Our client is searching for experienced MIG Welders to join their fabrication team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for welders who take pride in precision and consistency.
Perform MIG welding on sheet metal using .035 and .030 wire.
Weld 10–40 parts per day, depending on job size and complexity.
Work primarily on your feet, welding throughout the shift.
Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
Assist with set-up, adjustments, and basic maintenance of welding equipment.
Cross-train on CNC machines to broaden your skills and support production needs.
MIG welding experience in a production or fabrication environment (sheet metal preferred).
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
Willingness to cross-train and be flexible in daily responsibilities.
Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a team environment.
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (3-day weekends!)
Pay: $20–22/HR, depending on experience
