Bilingual Property Manager 
Location: Arlington, TX 
Pay Rate: $21/$23 per hour DOE
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Duties:  
- Take care of all tasks related to assigned properties.  
- Create plans to manage properties that meet the needs of tenants.  
- Check properties regularly and arrange for repairs and maintenance.  
- Build and keep good relationships with tenants.  
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with contractors quickly and reliably.  
- Promote and advertise empty spaces to find new tenants.  
- Collect rent and other payments, and handle expenses.  
- Plan budgets for the year by estimating costs and analyzing financial data.  
- Supervise staff working at the properties and evaluate their performance.  
- Meet financial goals and provide reports on financial status.  
- Find new clients and build relationships to grow the business.  
- Keep updated on property management best practices and market trends.

Qualifications:  
- Previous experience managing properties.  
- Good understanding of property management and related finances.  
- Knowledge of rules and laws related to property management.  
- Comfortable using MS Office and other management software.  
- Focused on customer service and achieving goals.  
- Good communication and people skills.  
- Organized and able to manage time well.
