Repack

Located in Sulphur Springs, TX

Salary: $17/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Repack position for a local Sulphur Springs, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Work on a fast-paced conveyor line packaging juice bottles into cases
• Place 6 bottles (of varying flavors) into cases as they move along the line, working as part of a 3-person team to complete 18 bottles per case
• Palletize finished products and place corner boards as needed
• Pack and prepare cardboard cutouts for distribution
• Scoop and organize bottles (6 at a time) into cardboard trays
• Stack completed cases efficiently and safely
• Move and drag pallets (up to 65 lbs) from lift tables to designated reserve areas
• Maintain pace with conveyor operations to avoid production delays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up with moving production lines
• Physical ability to lift 15–20 lb cases regularly and handle heavier pallets as needed
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
