In this role, you’ll focus on credentialing healthcare providers—verifying licenses, certifications, and other required credentials to ensure they meet compliance standards. Don’t worry if credentialing is new to you—the system guides your daily work through an automated ticketing platform, so you always know what to do next. You’ll be part of a supportive team with room to grow into more advanced data roles or credentialing leadership over time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review and process credentialing and recredentialing documentation for healthcare providers
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, and other professional qualifications
• Use an automated ticketing system to manage and prioritize daily tasks
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally follow up with providers as needed
• Help maintain an up-to-date provider database by entering and updating credentialing records
• Identify missing or incomplete information and take action to resolve discrepancies
