Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and certified TIG Welder with proven experience working specifically with stainless steel. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds based on technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies

• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment according to specifications

• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy; perform rework as needed

• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience on stainless steel is required

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent welds

• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

• Familiarity with industry-standard safety protocols

• Welding certifications (preferred, but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with thin-gauge stainless steel welding

• Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
