Busser - Guest Experience and Hospitality Support

We’re hiring a Busser – Guest Experience & Hospitality Support to join a dynamic restaurant team where your energy, attentiveness, and positive attitude make all the difference.

As a Busser, you’ll play a key role in creating an inviting, clean, and welcoming dining space for guests. You’ll support the waitstaff and bartenders by keeping tables tidy, serving drinks, restocking supplies, and occasionally delivering food. Whether you're preparing for the next guest or helping out behind the scenes, you’ll be an essential part of a team that takes pride in excellent service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare tables for guests by cleaning and setting up with silverware, napkins, and table settings
• Assist with any seasonal decorations or dining room arrangements
• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating when needed
• Provide clean menus and answer basic guest questions
• Serve and refill water and beverages promptly
• Assist waitstaff by delivering drinks from the bar and restocking service stations
• Clear dirty dishes and utensils from tables efficiently
• Take used dishes to the kitchen and assist dish staff as needed
• Clean up spills, sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain a tidy dining area
• Remove trash, recycling, and replace liners in dining and service areas
• Reset and sanitize tables quickly for the next group of guests
• Direct guests to restrooms or exits as needed
• Assist in closing duties like stacking chairs, wiping down surfaces, and prepping for the next shift
