Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Mississauga
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Bonus: $40 weekly bonus for perfect attendance and planned, pre-approved time off
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm (Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and attendance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical parts, components, or products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment

• Perform basic wiring assembly tasks as required

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or technical drawings

• Perform quality checks on assembled parts to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly

• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred

• Basic wiring assembly experience required

• HVAC knowledge or related experience is considered a strong asset

• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or instructions

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to [insert weight, e.g., 30 lbs]

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

 

Schedule & Attendance Bonus:

• Regular Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon- Fri)
• Weekly Bonus: Earn an extra $40/week for maintaining full attendance and providing advance notice for any planned time off
