Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Compensation: $22 – $25 per hour, depending on experience

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the accounts payable process and will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all general accounts payable functions
• Enter accounting data on a daily basis
• Review and verify all invoices for proper authorization prior to payment
• Prioritize invoices based on payment terms and available cash discounts
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized, accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Assist with other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of accounts payable processes and general ledger systems
• Detail-oriented, professional, reliable, and well-organized
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with vendors and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Completion of college-level accounting courses required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (Peachtree preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Provide expert product knowledge and support to clients
• Process orders and handle inquiries efficiently
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in European auto parts sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficient in order entry systems and CRM tools (preferred)
