What You’ll Do

• Apply powder coating finishes to metal parts with accuracy and consistency

• Prep, clean, and mask parts according to production standards

• Set up and operate powder coating equipment for proper coverage and finish

• Inspect completed parts for quality, smoothness, and color match

• Safely handle materials, chemicals, and shop equipment

• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work area

What You Bring

• Powder coat painting experience required (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)

• Knowledge of surface prep, coating thickness, and curing processes

• Ability to read blueprints and follow production specifications

• Familiarity with industrial painting tools, equipment, and safety protocols

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
