What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and help resolve issues with furnaces, AC units, and ductwork

• Prep job sites, load/unload tools, and organize materials

• Follow safety procedures while learning best practices from experienced pros

What You Bring

• Some HVAC experience or training preferred (perfect for trade school grads!)

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn

• Basic knowledge of HVAC tools, parts, and systems

• Ability to work in various conditions (rooftops, crawlspaces, outdoors)

• Strong work ethic and reliable transportation

• EPA certification a plus, but not required
