What You'll Do:
✔ Assist with the repair, replacement, and installation of underground utility lines
✔ Operate trucks, tools, and heavy equipment on active job sites
✔ Dig trenches and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
✔ Load, unload, and move materials and equipment safely
✔ Follow all safety procedures and support team members on daily projects
✔ Help maintain efficient and productive job sites

What We're Looking For:
✔ Valid Class A CDL required
✔ Manual transmission experience preferred
✔ Construction, utility, or heavy equipment experience preferred
✔ Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
✔ Safety-conscious and team-oriented mindset
