🎯 Job Purpose:
Manage audio/video projects and ensure that equipment installation for residential and commercial projects has been done professionally.

🛠️ Duties:

• 📦 Submits Purchase Order requests promptly to ensure the company has the correct inventory for each project.

• 📅 Follows up with the office manager to confirm appointments and communicate scheduling issues/concerns.

• ☎️ Contacts customers before starting each project to discuss the scope of work.

• 📺 Installs TVs, projectors, speakers, subwoofers, electronic components, lighting, etc., efficiently and with attention to detail.

• 🎓 Learns proper installation techniques to ensure each job is well done.

• 🔧 Uses power, hand, and other industry-specific tools to create a clean installation.

• 👷‍♂️ Supervises any Assistant Technicians on projects/jobsites as needed.

• 😀 Maintains a positive attitude at all times with customers and co-workers.

• 📚 Participates in educational opportunities through on-site as well as off-site training.

• 🧠 Learns about the Company’s product offerings and participates in vendor trainings to have the knowledge and ability to choose the correct products for customer projects.

• 🚀 Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
