Are you a hands-on technician who loves solving mechanical and electrical problems? APS Repair & Electrical is looking for a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain trenchless pipe repair machines, robotic cutters, and other specialized equipment.

What You’ll Do:

  • 🔍 Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on trenchless pipe repair machines and robotic cutting equipment

  • 🔧 Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs both in our shop and at customer sites

  • 💡 Troubleshoot wiring, electrical systems, and components

  • 🛠 Install and upgrade electrical components and system hardware

  • 📚 Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams

  • 🧾 Document service reports accurately—including diagnostics, parts used, and labor time

  • 🤝 Communicate clearly with service managers and customers to explain findings and repair options

  • 🧼 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

  • 📦 Assist with inventory, parts ordering, and tool management in the Service Center

  • 📈 Stay up to date through training and certification programs

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

  • Strong understanding of schematics and electrical testing procedures

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Good communication skills with a professional, customer-first mindset

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site service calls
