Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Forklift Operator in Menomonie!

Location: Menomonie, WI
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and forklift experience who is looking to grow into a leadership-focused role while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Move product throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift

• Fill paint lines with parts and materials

• Pull, organize, and prepare orders for shipment

• Use scanners and read pick sheets accurately

• Create labels and bundle materials for customers

• Follow all warehouse processes, safety procedures, and supervisor direction

• Step in and take lead when needed while supporting the supervisor

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience required

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Strong leadership attitude and willingness to take initiative

• Ability to read and write accurately

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and directions closely

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance required

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift
