We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing & Distribution Specialist to join our team in the cabinets and countertops industry. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production workflows, accurate inventory management, and timely distribution of products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and help maintain the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure production goals are met on schedule.

• Coordinate the distribution and delivery of cabinets and countertops to customers and job sites.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels effectively.

• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize workflow.

• Inspect products for quality and consistency before shipping.

• Manage and track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist in troubleshooting production or distribution issues to minimize delays.

• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding product availability and delivery schedules.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
