We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established and reputable auto repair shop. This is a flat rate position—ideal for techs who take pride in their efficiency and want to maximize their earnings. Think of it like piece-rate work: the more you complete, the more you earn.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master Tech or A/B-Level Tech preferred

• Willing to consider a self-starting, motivated candidate with a solid skill set

• Desire to grow into a Shop Foreman role over time

• Must complete a hands-on, in-person interview (several hours) to qualify and assess skills

• Flat rate shop experience a plus

Requirements:

• Clean MVR (a few points OK, no major violations)

• Clean background – case-by-case review possible

• Zero tolerance for drug use on the job, including marijuana

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
