• Pay: Based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Shift: First Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers and follow up on inbound lead inquiries
• Qualify leads and explain products and services
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and sales offerings
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and provide quotes in a timely manner
• Deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
