Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:15pm

$30-35/hr

We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Lead Mechanical Assembly and Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you will set up, assemble, and test valves to exacting specifications, ensuring all products meet flow-down requirements. You’ll support production, as well as contribute to New Product Innovation (NPI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manufacture valves according to manufacturing traveler instructions.

• Perform testing of assemblies, ensuring compliance with specifications.

• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for assembly and testing.

• Support production activities across multiple sites.

• Collaborate with NPI teams on prototype and new product testing.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Accurately document test results and assembly processes.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 5–10 years of experience testing assemblies.

• Hands-on experience operating hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

• Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to apply, basic shop math functions.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
