Responsibilities

• Perform TIG, MIG, and arc welding to join and repair metal components

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical documents

• Fabricate, cut, and shape metal components according to specifications

• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures

• Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, and setting up for welding

• Inspect and ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TIG welding (MIG and arc welding experience a plus)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication tools

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the day

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Previous welding experience required; certifications are a plus

• Must have a passing background check and drug screen
