CDL A Driver HAZ/ Tanker

Salary: Starting at $21/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a CDL A Driver HAZ/ Tanker position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Operate a variety of commercial vehicles including: 10-wheeler with deck, tractor trailer, flatbed, tanker truck, caged box truck and other vehicle types
• Transport materials on routes generally within 100 miles of Greenville, with occasional longer routes to Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana
• Home every night
• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift (training provided if needed)
• Handle materials on pallets or totes
• Use a hose to transfer materials from tanker trucks into customer tanks
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide reliable, courteous service
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Valid CDL A license with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (required)
• Experience driving in both rural areas and city traffic (Tyler, Ft. Worth, etc.)
• Willingness to run longer routes across state lines occasionally
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
• Comfortable using a forklift to load/unload materials (training available)
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of performing moderate lifting and manual labor
