We’re looking for a Help Desk Technician – IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced and supportive team. In this role, you’ll provide technical assistance to users both remotely and in person. You’ll help solve issues ranging from simple software updates to more complex hardware repairs. Every day brings something new, and you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while making a real impact.

Help Desk Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and service tickets from users needing technical support
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues remotely or in person
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform repairs and upgrades, such as hardware replacements or system updates
• Track and document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and vendor contact info
• Collaborate with other IT team members to solve larger or recurring issues
• Stay up to date on the latest tech trends, tools, and updates
