Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compressor Technician to join our team in Shreveport. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air compressors and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various types of air compressors and related systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks on equipment

• Replace worn or defective parts, including valves, bearings, and seals

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies

• Provide excellent customer service during on-site and in-shop work

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a compressor technician, mechanic, or in industrial maintenance

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents

• Familiarity with pneumatic and electrical systems a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
