Express Employment Professionals has available positions for Floor Technicians. This is a full time, first shift position. $20/hr. Long term permanent opportunities available. The Installer is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various flooring types, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare subfloors and remove old flooring.
Measure, cut, and install new flooring materials accurately.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely.
Adhere to all safety protocols and project deadlines.
Maintain a clean worksite and communicate with clients professionally.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a flooring installer.
Strong knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and measuring skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work for extended periods.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
