HVAC Technician – Residential and Commercial Maintenance

Are you an experienced HVAC tech who enjoys working independently, being on the move, and getting hands-on with a wide variety of systems? We have a great opportunity for a skilled HVAC Technician who’s ready to jump straight into the action at assigned job sites throughout the Portland metro area and beyond!

In this role, you’ll be performing a mix of residential and commercial HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installations. From replacing fans and ductwork to testing air flow and running thermostat wiring, your days will be full of rewarding, hands-on work. This position offers the chance to work at diverse locations, with occasional travel to areas like Forest Grove, Yamhill, and Carlton when new projects arise.

We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined professionals who are ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Duties Include:

• Travel directly to assigned residential and commercial job sites
• Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs inside occupied and vacant units
• Replace fans, ductwork, and other system components as needed
• Run thermostat wire and install new units
• Use CFM testers and other equipment to verify system performance
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at each site
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team leads
• Flexibility to travel outside the Portland area when needed for special projects
• Use personal vehicle for site travel initially (mileage may be reimbursed), with the potential to drive a company van later on
