As a Concrete Laborer, you’ll be assisting with all phases of concrete work—from demolition and prepping pour sites to mixing, pouring, reinforcing, and finishing concrete. You’ll also help with repairs, joint caulking, and coating applications. This is an excellent role for anyone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and building things that last.

Concrete Laborer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demo worksites and prep them for new concrete pours or placement
• Mix and handle concrete materials safely and efficiently
• Pour, spread, and level concrete in various forms and molds
• Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber reinforcement
• Make concrete repairs and structural improvements
• Apply finish coatings to ensure quality appearance and durability
• Use a variety of hand and power tools correctly and safely
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite before, during, and after jobs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies on-site
