Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across a portfolio of multi-family properties.

• Supervise on-site teams, including leasing staff, maintenance personnel, and vendors.

• Maintain high standards of property condition, resident satisfaction, and safety.

• Develop and manage operating budgets, control expenses, and achieve NOI targets.

• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.

• Oversee marketing and leasing strategies to meet or exceed occupancy goals.

• Resolve escalated tenant issues and promote positive resident relationships.

• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, local regulations, and internal policies.

• Report property performance and make strategic recommendations to ownership.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family housing.

• Professional credentials such as CAM, CPM, ARM, or similar preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi).

• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budget management and reporting.

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.

• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong references and a clean background check are required.
