CNC Machine Shop

Located in Vista, CA

Salary: $18-$21.50hr

Bead Blast/Polish: Polishing parts with high RPM polishing wheel and or bead blasting parts with sand media, bead blast preparation (taping parts), and light polishing with hand tool (Dremel). Must be able to lift/carry 5-15lb trays of parts. 

Painting Department: Attention to detail for painting small parts, assembly, wash parts with soap and water, visual QC of painted parts. Fast-paced environment. Must be open/flexible to moving around department. Must be able to lift/carry 5-15lb trays of parts. 

Machine Operator: Loading/tightening parts and unloading/untightening parts into machine using pneumatic tool and t-wrench for secondary quick check. There is measuring and writing involved. Must be able to lift/carry 5-15lb trays of parts, Light housekeeping.

Janitor/Maintenance: Daily cleaning of the shop premises, light maintenance, Check PH balances of machines-add coolant/oil to machines. Light landscaping, empty metal chips to recycle barrels, deliver metal forgings to machines. Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Able to lift up to 50lbs(with assistance)

QA Inspector (Visual): Checks products to make sure they look correct and have no damage or defects. They inspect items carefully, follow quality rules, and report any problems they find. They may use measuring tools, check colors or labels, and keep records of inspections. They also work with team members to help improve product quality and keep production running smoothly.

Schedule: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm/7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am, and 3rd shift 12am-7am
