We are looking for  an in-office Customer Service Representative in our clients Dallas officeThe role involves handling calls, emails, and support tickets using tools like Zendesk and NetSuite. Pay : $18 per hour. Interview asap

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register product warranties and assist customers with troubleshooting and product information.
  • Manage customer support tickets using Zendesk and update records in NetSuite.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Technical Support, Sales team and accounting team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate trends or suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing tools like Zendesk or NetSuite.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is a plus.

  • Training provided for all systems and tasks
