Pay Rate: $40/hour

Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for various LTC or SNF across the island.  The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in a variety of clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
• Document patient care and report changes in condition to supervising staff.
• Support patients and families with education and emotional care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid State of Hawaii LPN License
• Minimum 6 months of recent LPN/RN experience (within the past 24 months/2 years)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Current TB/2-Step TB/Chest X-Ray/QUANTIFERON
• Federal FingerPrint
