Technical Support Specialist (Cellular Trail Camera Support)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist and help customers get the most out of their cellular trail cameras. In this role, you'll provide friendly, knowledgeable support via phone and email, assisting customers with troubleshooting, account setup, and product-related questions. No prior experience with trail cameras or hunting is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $16.00 per hour

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• 1-hour lunch break

• Minimum 90-day probationary period

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.

• Assist customers with troubleshooting cellular trail camera products and services.

• Answer questions regarding product setup, operation, and connectivity.

• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.

• Escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Deliver a positive customer experience through professional, courteous communication.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely issue resolution.
