Pay: $18.20 per hourLocation: (Hybrid) - Downtown ChicagoSchedule: Full-Time & Part-time Options | Between operation hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shifts may vary)

Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Must live within 40 miles of Downtown Chicago
Typing speed of at least 24 WPM
Previous call center or phone-based customer service experience REQUIRED
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable and punctual
Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Responsibilities:
Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service requests
Enter accurate notes and information into the system
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
