Press Brake Operator/Setup Specialist

We’re assisting a local fabrication shop in hiring a Press Brake Operator/Setup Specialist for 1st shift. 

Pay: Based on experience (Direct Hire)
Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift: 5:00 am–1:20 pm | Overtime: 1:20–3:20 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and/or set up press brake machines for production runs
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure accuracy
• Inspect completed parts for quality and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Press brake operation experience required; setup experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fabrication/production environment
