Shipping Clerk 
$17.00 hourly 
Hours: 11:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday, will train on 1st shift for a week or so

Summary: Responsible for preparing and coordinating outgoing shipments of materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery to clients or distribution centers. Works closely with production, packaging, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Package materials according to job specifications and shipping standards.

Verify order contents, quantities, and documentation before shipment.

Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required paperwork using shipping software.

Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.) for domestic and international shipments.

Maintain accurate shipping logs and update tracking information in internal systems.

Inspect finished goods for quality control before shipping.

Ensure all shipments meet deadlines and customer requirements.

Assist with receiving duties and inventory organization as needed.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
