We are hiring an experienced Dispatcher to support operations at a local hospital. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will have previous dispatching experience, be highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain detailed phone logs using Microsoft Excel

• Dispatch security personnel or technicians as needed

• Accurately enter and manage work orders using hospital software

• Ensure clear and accurate communication between departments

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching experience is REQUIRED

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and PPD (tuberculosis) test

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Prior experience as a security dispatcher, maintenance dispatcher, emergency dispatcher, or in a similar call coordination role

• Familiarity with healthcare or hospital dispatching (preferred but not required)

• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and dispatch software

• Excellent communication and time management skills
