Set up and operate blending equipment (horizontal ribbon blenders, etc.)
Accurately weigh and add ingredients into blenders per batch ticket/formulas
Observe blending process and monitor machinery for proper operation
Follow SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and sanitation protocols
Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, change‑overs, wash‑downs
Report defects or equipment issues promptly; escalate as needed
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic math literacy and ability to use production rate weights accurately
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb ingredients/pallets
Team player with strong attention to safety and detail
Warehouse or production floor setting, climate‑controlled but may involve high noise and dust levels
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and food‑grade sanitation agents
Must comply with food safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations
Standing for long periods; frequent bending, lifting, and walking
