Bank tellers are the front-line customer service representatives of a bank or credit union, playing a crucial role in assisting customers with their financial transactions and account needs. (Entry level position) prior teller experience is not a must but cash handling, cashier experience is a (must).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling various transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, transfers, and issuing money orders.
• Greeting customers, answering their inquiries, resolving issues.
• Maintaining and balancing the cash drawer accurately throughout the day.
• Assisting customers in opening new accounts, such as checking, savings, and business accounts.
• Compliance & Security: Adhering to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Cash handling skills/cashier experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Computer programs like Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma.
