Car Wash Equipment Technician – 1st Shift | $23–$26/hr | Full-Time

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on role in a growing industry? Join our team as a Car Wash Equipment Technician and help install, repair, and maintain automated car wash systems across the Madison area. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with competitive pay and consistent weekday hours.

Position Highlights:

  • Pay: $23–$26/hour (based on experience)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Location: Madison, WI and surrounding areas

  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain commercial car wash equipment at client sites

  • Deliver and mix chemical solutions used in car wash systems

  • Conduct monthly site visits and quarterly equipment inspections

  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance

  • Complete service documentation and inspection reports accurately

  • Communicate job status and updates to dispatch team

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience

  • Electrical experience (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to lift, move, and work with tools and equipment in various weather conditions
