Crew Member – Fast Food Service and Customer Care

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Inform customers about daily specials or current promotions
• Answer questions and help customers navigate the menu
• Take and accurately input food and drink orders
• Repeat orders back to customers to confirm accuracy
• Accept payments and provide correct change when needed
• Ensure food is served hot, fresh, and quickly
• Refill drinks and check in with guests to make sure they’re satisfied
• Thank every customer and invite them back
• Keep the dining room and service areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Maintain cleanliness and supplies in restrooms
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Complete end-of-shift side work and cleaning duties
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the manager on duty
