Plastics Fabrication Specialist – Flexible Day Shift

Located in tigard, OR

Looking for a hands-on role where you can put your fabrication skills to work and enjoy a flexible schedule? Join a team building custom plastic components and complex parts using specialized welding techniques, with multiple morning shift options and the choice of a four- or five-day workweek!

Duties

• Fabricate and weld custom plastic parts, piping, tanks, and components using engineered drawings.

• Work with materials such as PVC, polypropylene, PVDF, PEEK, and Teflon.

• Perform socket fusion, butt welding, heat bending, gluing, and threading on plastic materials.

• Operate manual mills, lathes, and precision measuring tools to meet specifications.

• Read blueprints, work orders, and bills of materials to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Train team members, provide technical guidance, and assist with customer prototypes.

• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and occasionally travel to customer sites for fabrication work.
