Electro-Mechanical Assembly Tech

Location:        Chelmsford, MA

Starting          Salary: $23.00 - $26.00/hour

Hours:            7 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday

 

This is a full-time, permanent position

 

 (50% Electrical / 50% Mechanical)

 

Responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Assembly Tech:

• Focus on wiring a machine with electrical components into terminal blocks
• Assemble various components and sub-assemblies for all product lines.
• Assist Engineering Department with assembly of prototypes and test fixtures.
• Prepare and pack product for domestic and international shipping.
• Pull part kits from the stock room as required.
• Support of various system thru and including Final Test

 

Qualifications of the Electro-Mechanical Assembly Tech:

• 1-3 years of experience
• High attention to detail and organized.
• Electro-mechanical assembly skills.
• Highly skilled operation of hand and power tools.
• Able to read both electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
