Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand polishing and hand sanding to smooth and finish product surfaces.
Accurately fill out and apply labels to finished products.
Inspect parts for quality and ensure standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
Communicate with team leads or supervisors regarding any quality or production issues.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working on your feet.
Ability to work independently and stay focused on quality and output.
Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
