Key Responsibilities as the Front Office Coordinator:
-
Manage all front desk interactions: phones, emails, and walk-ins
-
Schedule interviews and assist with pre-employment paperwork
-
Complete data entry, filing, scanning, and other admin tasks

Monitor online applications and resumes, and contact candidates
-
Handle mail, supplies, and general office coordination duties
What We’re Looking for in a Front Office Coordinator:
-
1-2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably with office experience
-
Friendly and professional communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-
Typing at least 45-wpm, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
