Inside Sales Associate

1st Shift / 8:00AM - 5:00PM M-F

Express is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Associate for one of our established Acworth clients. This is an industrial fastener company seeking a candidate with strong B2B sales experience and knowledge of the industrial/fastener industry.

The role will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls with B2B customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Providing product information and assisting customers with fastener needs
• Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
• Following up with customers and potential sales opportunities
• Working with customers to identify the correct products for their needs
• Using QuickBooks to process orders and maintain customer information
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer questions or concerns

Ideal candidates will have previous B2B inside sales experience, along with experience in an industrial warehouse or fastener environment.

Requirements:

• Previous B2B sales experience
• Industrial warehouse experience, preferably with fasteners
• Experience using QuickBooks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Background check / pass drug screen
