Senior Project Manager – Multi-Family Units (Reservations Focus)Pay: $100,000–$120,000/year (depending on experience)
We’re looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager with experience in multi-family construction, specifically handling the reservations phase. This is a full-time role with a growing company and plenty of opportunity for long-term growth.
Manage day-to-day operations for multi-family construction projects
Oversee the reservations phase and early stages of development
Work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
Keep projects on schedule and within budget
Make sure all work meets quality and safety standards
Handle permits, change orders, and project timelines
5+ years of experience in multi-family or residential construction
Strong background managing projects from pre-construction through completion
Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and working with city inspections and permits
Someone who’s organized, reliable, and takes ownership of their work
