💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Match customer service requests to the right technician quickly and accurately

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for existing contract clients

• Input and update customer data with accuracy

• Communicate with technicians and managers to keep everyone on the same page

• Follow up with customers and document all activity in the system

🧠 What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong computer skills (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!)

• Clear communication and excellent enunciation

• Solid understanding of customer service best practices

• Knowledge of billing, call center tech, and admin tasks

• Typing speed of 65 WPM or faster
