Schedule: Training on Day Shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; after training, schedule will move to Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate finishing machinery for folding carton production
• Review job tickets, monitor production specs, and ensure product quality
• Perform machine adjustments and minor maintenance as needed
• Lead and oversee operator assistants, packers, and inspectors on the production line
• Accurately track output and errors in production logs

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read job specs, use measuring tools, and work independently
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Flexibility to work on day shift and then move to swing shift

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, push/pull for extended periods
• Comfortable with repetitive motion and occasional stair climbing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• PPE required: safety/steel-toed shoes, glasses, and hearing protection
