Now Hiring: Drill Rig Operator
Pay: $25/hr
Shift: First Shift | Full-Time

We are looking for a Drill Rig Operator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone experienced in operating drilling rigs for construction, geotechnical, or environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate drill rigs and related heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner

Perform drilling operations as directed, including soil sampling and core drilling

Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance

Assist with loading/unloading materials and setting up job sites

Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Follow all site-specific safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
Previous experience operating drill rigs (auger, rotary, or similar)

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of drill rig operations

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
