Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $19.58/hour
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to work with a well-established reclamation company in Grimes, CA. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in land restoration and environmental improvement projects.
Perform digging, trenching, and general labor duties on site
Assist with layout, alignment, and installation of underground pipe systems
Load/unload equipment and materials
Support excavation, grading, and reclamation tasks
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow instructions from supervisors and site leads
Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Previous construction or reclamation experience a plus
Must be reliable, safety-focused, and a team player
