Pay:$18.00/hr - $19.50/hr

2nd Shift Schedule: Full-Time | 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

3rd Shift Schedule: Full-Time | 10:45pm - 7:00am (Sunday - Thursday)

Overtime:Occasional, as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate components according to detailed specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work closely with teammates on the production line to meet daily goals
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Use forklifts for material handling when required (certification may be needed)
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Must be able to read a tape measure and convert fractions accurately
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting is a plus
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting production targets
